The Written Exam and Performance Test are offered every month throughout the year.
PLEASE NOTE: The number of monthly testing appointments is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Receipt of the application and payment by the UIP office is required to secure testing placement. Testing appointments are offered between 10 am and 6 pm on testing days, which are Thursday, Friday and Saturday (with Thursday being filled last). If you register after the schedule has been filled, your testing appointment will be scheduled for the following month.
Those taking the Professional Level test may choose to take the entire test on one day, or the ASL portion on Friday and the Transliteration portion on Saturday. Be sure to make a notation on your application.

The application with appropriate payment must be received three (3) weeks prior to testing to reserve your place on the testing schedule. If the schedule is full when your application is received, you will be notified by email and moved to the following month.

Results from one test must be received before testing can be re-attempted. This will avoid candidates "over-testing" and over-paying for components they may have already passed in a previous testing, but have yet to receive results on.
CUED LANGUAGE TESTINGCUED testing is currently scheduled on the same dates as UIP testing at SCCDHH. To register, please submit your application and testing fee (Performance Testing check made payable to "TECUnit") three (3) weeks prior to the testing date.
